Airman AX55U-7 – Top model with maximum reach and power
The Airman AX55U-7 is the largest and most powerful machine in the Airman range and is one of the heaviest midi excavators in its class with an operating weight of 5.5 tonnes. It is equipped with a powerful 29.1 kW diesel engine (4 cyl.) and a large variable plunger pump with a flow rate of 120 l/min, allowing even heavy and continuous work to be carried out effortlessly.

The AX55U comes standard with high-quality Bridgestone rubber tracks, a high-mounted exhaust, a long excavator arm and extra counterweight for maximum stability. Large protective covers and a fully tiltable cab with LED work lights make all maintenance points, including the valve block and rear of the engine, quickly and easily accessible.

Compared to the AX48U, this model shares the same engine and hydraulic technology, but with a total width of 2.00 m, it is approximately 4 cm wider and equipped with a longer excavator arm for extra digging reach and greater digging depth. The very spacious, well-insulated cab offers a comfortable and quiet working environment.

As you would expect from a Japanese manufacturer, this top-of-the-range model also guarantees extremely smooth hydraulics and high operational reliability.
