The Merlo Roto 50.35 S PLUS CVTronic is the largest and most advanced model in the Merlo Roto range. This high-end rotating telehandler combines impressive capacity with outstanding performance, making it suitable for the most demanding applications in construction, industry, and infrastructure.
Despite its capabilities, the machine remains relatively compact and maneuverable, simplifying work on busy or confined sites.
Its chassis follows Merlo’s proven concept of stability, precision, and versatility, almost identical to the Roto 70.28, but with an extra mast element, significantly increasing lift height without increasing size or reducing maneuverability. With a telescopic boom reaching up to 34 m and a maximum load of approx. 4,950 kg, it delivers excellent lifting performance at high heights and long reaches.
The 360° continuous rotating superstructure allows loads to be positioned in any direction without moving the machine, saving time and increasing efficiency. Multi-position stabilizers with double extension provide maximum flexibility and safety on varied terrain. Automatic self-leveling and stabilization come as standard.
The Roto 50.35 S PLUS is the most complete and high-performing version, equipped with the CVTronic transmission. This hydrostatic variable transmission provides smooth, continuous acceleration (0–40 km/h) without shifting shocks, making movement and maneuvers highly efficient and economical.
