Please clearly indicate in the remarks field which machine is at the end of its rental period and which machines remain in use.
Preparing the machine for transport
- Please ensure the machine and any accessories are clean, ready for transport and parked in accordance with traffic regulations.
- Electric machines should be charged using a 220V power supply.
Parking permit
If the machine cannot be placed on private property and must be parked on a public road, please ensure that a parking permit remains valid for up to 72 hours after the machine has been off-hired.
Collection of the machine
To keep transport costs as low as possible, the machine may remain on site for a few days after off-hire.
Deliveries and collections are always scheduled by region.

*At the end of the rental period: Please ensure the machine and its accessories are made ‘transport-ready’, cleaned, and parked in accordance with traffic regulations. Also, charge electric machines (220V).
Machines must be easily accessible after off-hire (including outside office hours). If this is not possible due to circumstances, please inform us.
The key must remain with the machine (place it back where it was delivered).
*Parking permit must remain valid until 72 hours after off-hire.
